Russia’s greatest poet Alexander Pushkin stayed here when he visited Moscow, Leo Tolstoy loved to take walks on Arbat street… Today, Arbat is what Moscow’s high society loves to call their home. The granddaughter of Russia’s famous ballerina Anastasia Vertinsky is your neighbor. So is the world-famous psychic healer Juna, a comedian Evgeniy Petrosyan, the granddaughter of Soviet revolutionary writer Maksim Gorki.

From your sunroom, you will have a wonderful view of the 17th century church, featured in a famous Russian painting by Vasiliy Polenov “Moscovskiy Dvorik” (Moscow Courtyard) – now on permanent display in Tretyakov Gallery.
